My bike arrived today. Got everything sorted although having a bit of trouble with the front wheel rubbing on the mudguard. Mudguard looks a bit off centre (see picture) and adjusting the screws at the rear hasn’t fixed it. I’m sure it’s probably any easy fix but I’m next to useless with bikes...

Any recommendations for a bike lock to secure my (hopefully coming tomorrow) GC? Anybody found a good lock that fits into the frame while riding and offers gold secure protection whilst parked up? cheers

I bobbed into my local Halfords and the Impel didn’t look as nice in the flesh as it did in the pictures. Not sure what it was that made it look a lot less impressive than it did in the publicity shots. Definitely not as good looking as the budget option from Pure which is a really nice design...

So in essence there aren’t any changes you can make to the power assist settings that will damage the electrics in the short or long term?

Finally took the plunge and ordered a Gran Camino for myself. Have to wait a couple of weeks for it to come but that’s no great hardship. It’ll give me a bit of time to brush up on cycle maintenance and do some stretches. :)
