So the charger I ordered from Amazon was meant to be a 36v charger. It's just arrived and says 'output:42v' on it, is it bad for my 36v battery to charge it with that?

Well the guy I bought it from was elderly and had just lost his wife. He'd moved house and lost the box he put the charger and the keys in. He had only used the bike once, probably because he had so much going on with his wife being unwell. So I don't think it had been the first thing on his mind.

Hi, I have just bought a second hand Insync joule e bike. The guy I bought it from had lost the charger and the key. I decided to go ahead as it was a bargain and still works without the key but I can't remove the battery. Does anyone know what type of key this bike uses and if it is possible...
