My 2017 Gtech Sport had a similar problem It would only charge to 90%. So, I tried what the poster suggested, took it for a short ride, using both eco and max mode, it is now charging to 100%. But it is charging rapidly, so I agree, I don't think it was actually at 90%, but probably at 100%...
