I haven t managed to sort it. Cyclotricity refuse to answer any of my emails.It seems a common problem.Anybody out there which might know? I've tried a long charge and its static now around 37 v. After a charge.and doesn't lose volts over time unless in use and then drops .it will restart...

Right.ok understand.Better to burn down the garage or shed I think.

Ok Thanks Neal. I usually charge the battery in the house. I havent got a charge point outside.Is there a reason why it should be charged away from the house? I can ask a friend to charge it in her garage if needs be.

Hi Neal I have tested voltage now 3 times.Before charge was 38. Volts on charging 41.volts then after two hours ,it was 37.volts. Does this indicate any problem with the battery?

I have this exact problem.what was your conclusion and how did you decide to solve the issue?

I bought it almost new from an older lady who rode it once and said she was too terrified of the mad cars on the road to go out again.She had lost the receipt and ihve had it a year.so probably no comeback with Cyclotricity

I selected 2 to start with changed to one.I had ridden down the hill to the shops on this particular occasion.Not far around a mile all downhill really.
