    Thank you for the reply. I hadn't thought about reducing the number of teeth on top gear! The bicycle uses 7-speed Shimano gears - MF-TZ21 - and has a 14T top gear. It's a freewheel.

    Does anyone know if it is possible to gear up the Seago e-Power 36v model please with either a bigger front chain wheel or smaller rear one(s)? My legs find it difficult to keep up when on the flat in full power :-( Many thanks Brian
