    Front derailleur removal

Sorry if this has been asked many times before but how does everyone remove the front derailleur from the chain? Is it by breaking the chain?

    Bottom Bracket Cables

Would that mean rerouting along the crossbar instead of the current routing?

    Bottom Bracket Cables

Would there not be enough room to put a length of outer cable over the top of the existing inner, remove the guide and still run it where it is at the moment?

    Bottom Bracket Cables

Could someone help me please? I have a TSDZ2 That I wish to install on a Boss Blade. The issue I have is with the bottom bracket as the 2 derailleur cables are routed via a guide at that point. One cable will go but how can I get the other one to the rear derailleur out of the way?

    TSDZ2

I have recently installed TSDZ2 on 2 bikes but noticed slight play on both when I move the pedal cranks. Is this normal. I have torqued all cranks to 30 ft-lb. it feels like the play is in the motor rather than the cranks moving.

Thank you guys. I’ve moved the magnet a lot more than 10mm away from the sensor and it seems to work perfectly. This forum has already been a superb help. Really appreciate the help.

    Tongsheng TSDZ2

The issue really is when I first try to pull away. It almost pulses on and off until I get the bike going a bit and then it kicks in. Surely if it was down to sensor distance the problem would exist at all times? I really appreciate any help

    Tongsheng TSDZ2

I have moved it to the max I can which is well over 5 mm. even when I push it slowly it shows 62 mph and the odometer clocks Miles in no time. Once I’m moving it suddenly kicks in and works great.

    Tongsheng TSDZ2

Hi I’ve just fitted TSDZ2 motor but seem to have an issue already. When I go to pull away at low speed the display shows me travelling at 62 mph and obviously the motor doesn’t kick in. Sometimes it’s ok but all too often it’s not doing as it should. I’ve tried moving the sensor to alter the gap...
