Hi all, new to electric bikes and a little help needed please. I have a Carrera Crossfire and am enjoying it, but the steering is stiff. When I lift the front wheel off the ground the and move the handlebar it seems unduly stiff and is odd to steer and ride. Any advice please? Thanks.

Hi all, just bought my first ebike and absolutely loving it - a Carrera Crossfire. (I’ve got a recent medical issue so can’t ride my racing or mountain bike any longer). A quick question if I may.. I can’t find a screen protector for the display - i got one from amazon but it’s too small so...
