Review Woosh Rio MTB Review/Initial Impressions

Thank you all for the help. I do love the look of the bike and the fact the batteries are bigger than a lot of other bikes. I see there is a 20AH version coming out soon so I will hopefully be getting this bike at some point.

Review Woosh Rio MTB Review/Initial Impressions

I only ask because I saw someone was only getting 40 miles per charge using level 2 on pedal assist which seemed a lot less than I was hoping for. I would not say it is particularly flat on the journeys I make and trails I ride on, maybe I got lucky with my cheap unbranded Chinese battery's? I...

Review Woosh Rio MTB Review/Initial Impressions

Does anyone have a rough idea of the max range for this bike please? I can get around 60+ miles out of my 10AH battery on level 2 pedal assist atm so I was hoping this bike would do at least 100 miles with the 17AH battery.

Grinding sound from hub and error message

Thank you for all of the replies, I have checked all of the wiring but can not find any problems. I have not taken the bike out in the rain or gone through puddles yet so no sign of water anywhere. I have only had the bike for just over a month so I guess the shop I bought it from will just have...

Grinding sound from hub and error message

I will check thank you. How would a loose connection make such a horrific grinding noise? I can literally feel the grinding through the entire bike. Feels like it is destroying itself or at the very least scraping metal against metal. Thanks for the reply.

Grinding sound from hub and error message

Just got on my bike today and immediately heard this loud grinding noise whenever the motor is engaged. ERROR 24 is also flashing on the lcd display. Could this just be something out of line inside the motor or is it completely failed do you think? Thanks...

Knocking and grinding sound from hub motor?

I took the bikes back to Cycle King and they did re-tension the spokes but the wheels are still not true, you can see it clearly. I have my free 6 week service that came with the bike so I will ask them to do it properly then but as they do not have tension tools or a truing stand, I am not sure...

Knocking and grinding sound from hub motor?

I thought exactly the same thing but the sound is still there while pulling on the rear brake whilst cycling. I have just checked over the spokes again and found some of them completely loose and wobbling around so hopefully I have found the problem. Thank you so much for your quick and helpful...

Knocking and grinding sound from hub motor?

Not that I can tell, everything looks in perfect condition still. I think the sound was always there from the start but I thought it was just the spokes wearing in as it was so faint. I guess a spoke problem is out of the question now as it is so much louder. I am thinking the casing has to be...

Knocking and grinding sound from hub motor?

It is a Westhill Terrain and has a Bafang 8fun motor. I just uploaded a video of the problem. Thank you for the reply. https://btcloud.bt.com/web/app/share/invite/fEnxYNBe9P

Knocking and grinding sound from hub motor?

I have had quite a loud knocking sound coming from my girlfriends rear wheel which speeds up and slows down as the wheel rotates faster and slower. It started to turn into a grinding kind of sound and became noticeable louder so the insides of the hub were replaced but the old hub casing was...
