If you could find a way to 'hide' the magnet every other revolution would this not work? Surely the speed sensor would then think the bikes going half as fast as it actually is?

I've asked the seller twice now for information, all I get back is "I can assure you that it works" I was intrigued to see how it works as its states "no wire cutting" and "no batteries" hence I was thinking it must be a mechanical device. The more I think about it the more I think its a scam...
