    Hi. I have the woosh big bear bought in Cambridge last year. Everything has been great until recently the power has just cut off completely - looking at the display it says 'error 25' after fiddling about and switching everything on and off the power will suddenly return. Anyone have any ideas...

    Picked up the Big Bear yesterday. First impressions is a sturdily built machine that's very easy on the eye, Bearing in mind I'm a chubber at around 20st - dodgy knees and asthma I took The Bear for a 12 miler today. The ride was enjoyable using only level 1 on the assist even on the hills...

    One thing I have noticed is that the Woosh bikes are only recommended for people up to 95kg ....I'm 120kg
