    Thanks for the quick reply. The part in question is a "top hat" reduction gear, with a 25mm/9mm high small gear and a 45mm/13mm large gear as a single nylon moulding, teeth at about 10-20 degrees. No response from manufacturers. I've had a rummage around but can't find any generic gear...
