It was pointed out to me at Halfords that my 2014 Freego Regency needed a new back Wheel Rim. If I change the whole wheel out with a new Motor.......would this change the "Grandfather Rights" on the bike?

I saw this on a UK cycle ad today: Throttle – Up to 6 Km Per Hour – Please contact if derestriction is required for disabled use. What exactly is this ? Doe this men I can get the Throttle restriction lifted if disabled?

I am on my 3rd e-bike and unfortunately, my 3rd fall. I am nearly 80.....and it hurts. So decided it's not worth the pain so I an looking at an E-Trike or similar. I don't know the 1st. thing about them so any advice/recommendations welcome.

Have this Freego battery. On my other Batteries it says "Li-ion" on the top, but not on this one (pic). There's a Charity Shop here that takes only Li-ion batteries so I don't want to give them this without being sure.

We had a 36v battery recelled a couple of years ago and they sent the old pack back to us. There is a Charity shop here that takes Lithium-ion batteries & ships them abroad for reuse. But they only take that type. Are these Lithium-ion?
