We are in Stoke on Trent. The bikes advertised on e bay are the ones we have bought but from another site and he cannot help us. He said that 1 minute it was working then it stopped so we knew there was a problem but thought it was something simple like a fuse .

Yes the display does light up and bleeps and flashes when you pedal Sorry I’m away for the weekend now so can’t post any pics. Will do when I get back

Hi Does anybody know where I can get a handbook for L’avenir power assisted bike. I bought it second hand yesterday but can’t get it to go. The battery is fully charged but it is not connecting to the motor.
