I'm suspecting my clutch mech is stuck in it's receiver, and possibly damaged?

This person video shows what I mean at 6:35. The whole thing comes apart with spindle stick to the metal gear.

If I could work out to detach the spindle from the final drive metal gear assembly I think I could work out the issue. If I detach the none drive crank arm it would all slide out still attached to the clutch/spindle
