It could be the controller setting which needs to be set on running 48v. what did you get the LCD or LED one?

It is actually dorable. All connectors are JST (small size) and I had to grind a bit of the small box cable exist hole. I used all the connections available from the S06S controller so it should work for you too. Of course You need to think how you pack the cable inside. Sent from my iPhone...

You are using the bigger controller box. Maybe you can switch to smaller one that makes it flimsy. Mine is smaller one and it fits all the connectors in. Also, how about mount it on the front stem tube? It works on mine and looks neater Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
