Coming to a bike shop near you soon.......

I wouldn't touch them. This bike was invented by the same bloke that invented electric false teeth and tried to sell them to fast food outlets.

Just a tip, might not work for you, but I stopped a saddle cover from slipping about by using a generous amount of blue tack under it.

There is a troll who regularly appears on these pages. There is a certain textural construction to his posts that suggest that either we have a number of people displaying the same characteristics, or one person adopting multiple identities. I The poster generally opens as a newcomer with a mild...

Let's face it, we are all wary of 'new' bikes coming on the market . Nor so long ago, various flash Harrys would get a container of cheap bikes from China and flog them off at huge profit. Generally, the bikes were outdated or just weird. They had failed to sell in China and were gathering dust...

I think that there is the point that Europe favours the Napoleonic approach of a permissive government and law. i.e. Things have to be authorised. The UK favours a restrictive legal system, i.e. all things are permitted unless specifically banned.

    Friction Drive comes of age

Rollers will work in special circumstances. There is a caravan mover that consists of rollers on both wheels and they transmit sufficient torque to take the caravan up a modest hill. Of course they are only used for short distances. I have also seen a waterproof version on a boat trailer. A...

Saddles are complex things. It is worth reading the RIDO saddle web page. I used a Rido, it's quite good but unfortunately the frame is hollow tubing not solid steel wire and is therefore not strong enough and snaps. However, the principle of the Rido is that you can slide forward or back on it...

    Are diesel cars now worthless?

It's a bit like all health warnings. Now something is good for you (ie Milk, butter etc) Then its bad for you, Then perhaps it's not so bad. Then it's good for you. Probably somebody will come up with some way to clean diesel exhaust.
