    Kappstein 3 speed motor

Even more so now that it looks like the throttle ban seems here to stay and the ridiculous state of affairs of applying only pulsed motor assistance but not being able to have efficient constant smooth power. I wonder if any tandem riders have set the two sets of pedals at 90 degrees to each...

    E - Brompton

Neatest solution for a Brompton: You cannot fully lower the seat post and the rear wheel does not lock when folded but could be strapped.

    Sticky Hub

Hi Ben, Still think your best way forward is to break down your original brushed motor. You will be hard pushed to find a new replacement 24v brushed motor, which means you would only be able to salvage the 24v battery and would have to source a complete replacement 24v brushless motor system...

    Leaving the EU

Flecc, I agree that is their smoke screen they put out, but it is the fear that people still have the ability to bring the system to its knees by causing a run on the banks and that is the primary factor driving the introduction of a cashless society. They still do not have enough reserves to...

    Leaving the EU

The UK is leading the way by suggesting introducing cashless banking systems within the EU but fortunately their plans have predicatively received an unenthusiastic response.

    Sticky Hub

It could be just a magnet worked loose causing the obstruction that needs gluing back in place, I think it would be worth the extra effort seeing as you have come so far already.

    Leaving the EU

Experian is a debt agency promoting the use of credit (debt) cards to make money for the banks by charging extortionate interest rates - they use this system as a form of reverse psychology to trick citizens into believing they are lesser beings if they don't have one or use one and have a low...

    Sticky Hub

I believe it has to be pressed out hydraulically to overcome the high magnetic attraction forces of the motor. If you try to do it with a hammer you will move it slightly but it will pull back into the hub, you have to apply a constant pressure with a press until the magnetic bond is broken.

On the Marr interview it seems his main concern was about having empathy for " in-work voters (18-40) not necessarily Conservative voters", I wonder why:rolleyes:

    Sticky Hub

Hi Ben, You can't see the motor windings, any loose magnets or possibly any worn reduction gearing unless you press out the shaft from the hub body but you can check for any burning smell. Check to see if there is a positive pressure on the carbon brushes by carefully easing them away from the...

I suspect he did not like his Department's ring fenced privatized gravy chain from being torn down to support the anti Brexit 18 to 40 LISA bribe, which the vote hinges on, but funnily did not complain about the previous OAP NSI bond giveaway which helped them get re-elected. They should invest...
