    Not produced yet, air cooled motors with internal impellers and external dual exhaust piping with the exhaust inlet/outlet mounted high enough to not take in water and dust, aka boiler exhausts, to keep the motor core temperature down when under high load conditions.

    But the L1e-B type will not be allowed by the UK. Again if you read the links there are VCA officers placed globally so type approval for L1e-A can be sort in China as an addition to EN15149 and the complete imported product placed immediately for sale without further modification.

    You need to set up a cheap UK Member state authorized testing company specialised in only testing L1e-A vehicles. I would write to the authorities to find out what is the minimum requirement to set one up in the UK...
