Are you sure the battery is fine? My performance bike had 2 broken batteries the first month when it was new! Because of condence inside the switch for the battery indicator on the battery.The lcd was lightening up.but it didnt show the speedometer.The lcd has an inbulidt battery.

The CST version is "only" 500w.But there is a new 800w version,not cst but 135 mm. Is your motor 201 rpm? Are you running it at 36v or 48v .Whats your top speed? I am curious since I am waiting for the new 800w 135mm version (201 rpm at 36v) with a battery pack with 48v and 18 amp controller

lately I have dragging it backwards a few times beacause of my dog dragging me backwards from standstill position.And I could hear the motor didnt like it.I will open it next week and post some pics.I have another burned xiongda motor so I have spare parts.

It was the controller.I left it out in free air and the problem was gone.But today the one way bearing in low speed gear broke.The motor was spinning but the wheel didnt turn.high speed gear is ok.works as normal.So this is my last try with Xiongda.Its a good idea,but the quality is not good...

A friend og me had the same problem as you with a bafang 250w motor.The problem was water in the motor like D8veh mention above.He had to open the motor twice before it was ok.The first time he didnt make sure it was completely dry inside before he tried it

I dont think so beacause you can not buy directly from bafang.I had 2 bafang cst motors.One 250 and one 500w.I swapped them around and got a 500w motor inside the 250 marked housing

My motors are laser marked 48V 250W and a serial number.But you have to ask them to do it when you order
