Changing sprockets on a Shimano cassette

Hi, I can't reach my 2 lowest gears even with a hanger extender, unsure if 130mm wide MTB hub or chainline affecting it. I can't move derailleur low screw or cable adjuster anymore. A bit confused to be honest, rearranging sprockets seems to be an option, I like a high cadence.

Changing sprockets on a Shimano cassette

Hi, I have a BBS02 with a 36 tooth chainring and am finding I can't access all my rear gears. A solution senna to be to rearrange my cassette sprockets so my most frequently used gears are available. Has anybody done this and if so did it cause any problems. Thanks
