Review Bafang BBS01b 250w DIY fitting - traps, pitfalls and review

A little tip I picked up, youtube aussy woman fitting a Bbs01b, a wad of innertube rubber between motor and downtube, stops the motor from touching/hitting/chafing or whatever on the downtube. It would protect your hydraulic pipe.

Ideal chainwheel, cassette and and chain configuration.

The 11t rear cog will certainly take you above 15.5mph with a 46 front. I have a 34 x 11 x 7speed on mine with bbso1b. when running derestricted (in the grounds of my mansion) it will get to mid 20s mph. Can also cope with hills on normal roads. I'm now considering a 42 tooth rear to keep top...

    Ebike lighting

Yes, I did just that, with appropriate led lamps to cope with 36v. I have a master switch then a fuse before splitting that feed to lights, horn and USB socket. Horn and lights then have separate switch each. I don't understand why you don't want a fuse? Micro blade fuse in rubber holder is very...

    Woosh Camino Tyre Change (update)

I've had the same problem. 700c x 35 I picked up a pair of cx tyres cheap, couldn't get them to stay on. So sold them on and put the Continental tourers back on. Same thing happened when I got the schwalbe winter studded tyres, spent some time fitting them evenly, pumped up hard, turned my back...

Anyone using BLUEMELS 75 U LONG Mudguards?

I got a set for my hybrid, they are great. I had to chop 50mm off the rear cos it interfered with the floor when I raised the bike onto the back wheel to move it around.

    Invention help charging system

He needs to think "presenting to the dragon's den" when pitching an idea.. Might be the best idea ever, perpetual motion, if the presentation doesn't inspire confidence and has mistakes in it then it doesn't inspire confidence. Hope that's taken as constructive criticism.

    Invention help charging system

Battery casings warm up, stove top fans for woodstove are now cheap as chips. Mount fan on battery box, get blown along. I see the OP hasn't commented on any of our ideas.
