    Super73 my first EVER eBike

Interesting project, Magura brakes are top quality and should be great for stoppies. Prob. worth considering upgrading the discs to 203mm floating types. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/373772692885?hash=item570696ad95:g:GQIAAOSw8aNholnG

Kalkhoff Agattu 36v 17AH battery - near Lincoln - HELP NEEDED

Unfortunately you cannot use a 3rd party/generic battery with the Impulse 2 motor. The extra wires on the BMS are for comms. between the motor/controller and the battery pack. I would think very carefully before spending £500 on a new battery, shame because the bikes are great quality, but that...

    Volt 4 Year Battery

Agree with what's been said, no problem with continuing to use your existing battery, but if at some point you feel the need to recell your battery, speak to Jimmy at ebikebatteries, he's a member of the forum and is the the go to guy used by quite a few on here.

    S-Cross Central Display Oxygen ebike.

Yes, fixing the speed sensor will stop it switching off mid ride.

    S-Cross Central Display Oxygen ebike.

It is quite likely to be found in the motor, if not, magnets of all sizes can be found on Ebay. Hopfully you will be able to see where it was fixed by remains of glue or clean area on casing. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/262409989613?hash=item3d18daaded:g:rUkAAOSwgCJhXvDx

You will need to locate the controller to check wiring and carry out any sort of repair, so that's your starting point. I believe it is located in the frame under the battery holder. Unglued speed sensor magnet is a fairly common fault on this bike model.

    broken cable help

Not really, if you look at the axle where the cable exits, you will see the rounded chamfer, which is designed to let the cable sit at a nice gentle angle and avoid nasty kinks, which can cause damage. If you want to cable tie the cable, put 1 or 2 on the inside of motor where it comes out of...

    Sourcing LiFePO4 pack

I think you will struggle to find a ready built pack of known brand cells due to the fact that LiFePO4 cells are considered rather old tech in the ebike world. Headway was a brand back in the day, which had screw terminals, so self build was an easy option, still available from BMS batteries...

    broken cable help

If Erider have one, then go for that, you also need a anti rotation washer to go with it. Some slack in the cable, hanging a couple of inches below the axle. The axle size is across the threads, if a 14mm spanner fits, then it's 14mm. A cable tie is not a suitable replacement for a bolt, was...

    Dropped Battery

If the damage to the case is superficial and it still works and charges as normal, then it's unlikely it has suffered any internal damage, but without opening it and inspecting the pack, one can't be certain. I can't explain the flashing lights, maybe it was expressing it's displeasure of being...

    broken cable help

The axle twisted because the bolt was missing, so the torque washer was not attached to the dropout. Remove that grommet from the cable, it doesn't help and will make refitting the wheel more difficult. Make sure the cable points downwards when you fit the wheel and leave a loop before you cable...

Help needed please on BMS ?

i've got a pack with a BMS that stopped providing output voltage about a year ago. I've carried out the modification in #7 and it has performed fine since, still charges and balances well. I do keep an eye on the voltage, but all controllers I've come across have a LVC, this will prevent the...

Help needed please on BMS ?

It could be the switch at fault, check the solder joints or bridge the connection and see if that gives you full pack voltage at the output connector. You could replace the BMS with a generic one, but you may have to resolder the balance wires if the connector/sequence does not match.

    New Cassette needed?

3000 miles on a mid drive bike may well mean it's time for some new parts. A new chain with a worn cassette will often behave worse, so you will soon see if a new cassette is also needed. Easy enough job with £5 worth of tools, plenty of Youtube how to's to help you...

    Pswpower Germany warehouse address.

What's wrong with it?, you might be better off biting the bullet and fixing it yourself. Even if you find the German warehouse address, which I doubt you will, there's no point sending it there if you are being asked to return it to China.
