    CycloTricity 1000w rear hub kit

I don't know of a UK seller for these. In my experience small packet budget postage from China arrives in around 2 weeks. Don't bother with expensive EMS/DHL, it won't be any quicker and you will most likely get hit with additional charges...

If you are asking where it is located, looks like it lives in the front section of the battery mount.

Help! Wrong size battery? What should I do?

Maybe one of these would be an easier option. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XT90-Male-to-XT60-Female-Adapter-Converter-Connector-lipo-battery-Adaptor-RC-UK/283876159347?hash=item4218566f73:g:d64AAOSw4VdeuvQB

    Gazelle Orange Plus

You don't say how your battery has failed. If it has just lost range and you have no error codes with it fitted, then you should be OK to rebuild it, but if it has refused to charge or thrown up errors, then it suggests a BMS fault. I don't think you are going to find a work around to run your...

Battery do i expect to much

That's a good voltage at which to recharge. Regularly running your battery down to near empty is recognised as effecting capacity over time. As nealh has said, 35E's are decent cells, so as long as you avoid prolonged high power use, then they should last well.

    Tranzx BL03 rebuild

I think it's pretty clear what you are getting from the photos on the Ebay ad. If you don't feel able to carry out the work needed yourself, Jimmy at eBike Batteries may be prepared to do it for you.

    Dodgy 52v Hailong case batteries

I've seen inside a couple of these and the cells were glued together and configuration was poor for current transfer. There is also very little room for a decent BMS, so these are often small and cheap and can be prone to failure.

Spent £2600 on the wrong bike?

What do you mean by this? If you have tried a few mild trails on your Cube and enjoyed them, then just carry on with it, they are called hybrids for a reason. You may find a mountain bike unsuitable for the riding you bought the Cube for.

Didn't you get 2 keys and an ID tag with your bike? I think that's the only way to get a replacement.

Replace the gear cassette on an e-Bike?

I think you will have trouble finding an ordinary bike shop willing to work on your motor wheel, they just don't like them, too much potential trouble for mimimal gain. There should be a connector near the axle, it may be pushed just inside the frame.
