Can you ship to switzerland? what makes it more reliable than other similar bike? it looks like a typical ebike. And what happen if the bike has a fault? I won't be there to provide support. Thanks

Maybe it's time to get a better controller. I m planning to always have 2 identical so if I have issue like this, I can just swape the controller and know if the fault is due to this or not!

Hmm check if all connectors are well connected and that there are no fuse? If not, the short may have fried the controller?

So no more drag now even with all wires connected?

Is there still drag when running backward? Try with the wire connected and disconnected

If it works, you better replace these connectors if you don't want that happening again

Just make sure they don't touch each other but still plugged and try running your motor.

Ugly connection. Keep the phase wire separated and try running your bike now. I think you got a short on the phase wires

Yeah check by unplugging the controller first. If you still have resistance backward it means somewhere your phase wires are shorting
