I'm intrigued. What advantage does using the open-source software offer over just using the standard KT LCD5/controller? Those I've seen that do use KT LCD/controllers in Fiido bikes (D2, D4, D11) seem very happy with the standard firmware.

It'd be worth checking continuity of that ceramic fuse. How old is the bike/battery? Which battery version is it - Phylion (pre-2019) or STL (post-2019)? Both battery versions have some communication with the charger.

IIRC, another member here with your bike said something along the lines of the battery only displaying one LED if the battery is switched off when charging, but displays correctly when the switch is turned on. The battery should be 41.5v-42v when fully charged.
