    At last got to it again, Halls were glued in, damaged 2 getting them out. I've cleaned glue and damaged bits from slots. They are SS41s so have ordered 10. Is there a need for the glue ?? They will be pretty tight and keeping legs to PCB the right length I think they'll be stable. If I need...

    metering between -ve and hall signal pin, green nothing, blue and yellow both switching. green continuity to controller OK. Motor shows no signs of water ingress. are Halls glued in ? I can release its PCB but halls seem tight.

    just had an hour on motor. All 3 halls appear to meter the same, i.e. signal to ground on all 3 is same, signal to +ve on all 3 is same etc etc but the measurements are different. I think the hall appears good. signal pin to plug continuity is good. tomorrow need to check green continuity all...

    Where motor cable enters hub there is damage to outer sheath, but not to interwoven screen, could green wire be damaged here ? is this diy fixable by stripping motor ??

    OK, would appear to be green Hall sensor not responding as per the other 2 Where do I go from here ? Is the motor a diy strip down job ?? other option was hall less controller .... what do I lose ?

    5pin is Red/Blue/Black/Green/Yellow. 6pin is Red/Blue/Green/Yellow/Black/White I was assuming 5pin to be hall as its 5 pin in the testing link you sent

    Thanks for all the help Mosfets seem good, I'll get to hall sensor testing tomorrow I have one 5pin and one 6pin connector, how can I be sure 5pin is hall ? do I have to follow wire ? I assume the other one is the display

    just found controller, Model b-wzkd3613ka-jm102-f4 made by tianjin santroll. Its full of 'hot glue', as per piccy, so no chance of getting to pcb for test/repair. are these good ?? reliable ?? how can I test it ?

    No throttle. Sensor on crank lights up and flashes when pedalling. all plugs/sockets seem good

    Swifty Liberte. looks almost unused. switch on and all powers up but no drive to motor. display lights up battery level shown, can set assist level. When pedalling no assistance from motor. Where do I start fault finding ??
