The mark-up on that is crazy, I've been doing my research on these for the last month and you can get them from the UK already for about 2k cheaper than that. Nothing wrong with covering your outlay and costs, but you need to improve that price mate.

I wouldn't leave my bike outside for too long, sun, rain, condensation will just shorten it's lifetime. Best bet is trying to speak with the facilities manager at you work and ask him if you can store it somewhere inside. Its very rare someone will just say no.
