Got a trek marlin 5 with a Bbshd kit fitted to it. I am trying to change my 7 speed cassette size from 12-32t to 11-36t for more range. The standard derailleur Shimano Tourney TY300 that is fitted says it only works up to a max 34t. Can someone recommend a 7 speed derailleur that will work...

From that picture it looks like your motor has spun out from the dropouts and possibly twisted and broken the motor wire loom? From the picture its hard to see, can you inspect the cable where it leaves the motor to see if there is any damage caused by the twisting of the motor to the wires?

Check the voltage from your charger as well, these have been known to fail. The Charger should read 54.6v as well.

Ive had my battery about 3 years, charge full after every use and just use it without bothering about it after that. Never bother with all the nonsense of 80% max charge or any low charge advise either. Too many folks worry about molly cuddling their battery , instead of just 'use it and enjoy...
