    wire location

Not sure what the brown would be used for , except it is usually a voltage colour, as Saneagle has mentioned likely an auxillary for lights or similar which isn't used. Does it carry any voltage at all when tested ? Andy at Woosh would be able to give you the definitive answer.

Right then thanks for the update confirmation. As I said the Brown is unused in that case then so simply insulate the end with heat shrink. The controller is as always a Lishui speed controller and as mentioned a sensorless motor and controller, the bike is likely some 8 -10 years old or so...

    Yosepower kits.

One can't use KT displays with Yose as the Yose are now Lishui. Only the very first early Yose kits came with KT, then for the worse they changed control systems.

    wire location

Brown is battery voltage or 5v. Use a meter and find out which it is when probe to Gnd. The wiring looks to me like a Woosh set up , if that is the case the Brown isn't used and simply needs isolating.

    Throttle wiring KT controller

Chris connection is Red/Red 5v, Blk/Blk Gnd & Blu/Yel Sig. Cut the connectors off and solder /shrink the joints directly or if you must have a connector simply cut off one connector and fit new SM3 on the throttle side and sequence the wire order correctly. 200pcs 2.54mm Pitch JST SM Terminals...

    Comfortable saddle for long distance?

My gravel bike I fitted a Selle SMP Extra in BLUE , similar to SW's saddle it has an even longer cut out along its length. To look at one would straight away say 'noooo', it is a very narrow fit, nicely padded where it needs to be and has a nice drop nose but boy it is super comfy.

    Comfortable saddle for long distance?

The lidl one's are quite good , 100 mile rides and have no real issue with the comfort. I have though thrown a couple away over the years simply because of wear amd tear.

Swifty Liberte Coppercell ES20 36V 7.26ah battery charger problems

From my experience 2.2v is far too low for any BMS to consider charging (unless a smart BMS where one has some input in the parameter settings ). My LG BMS on the swizzbee allowed charging at 2.9v but typically most generic china ones I have had need to be in the 3v - 3.3v range.

Swifty Liberte Coppercell ES20 36V 7.26ah battery charger problems

The only voltage the BMS will use for charging indication is only at cell level and not pack level in case anyone doesn't understand the reason why. BMS have an upper voltage (HVC) of 4.2 v - 4.25v where above 4.2v any voltage usually will be bled off . It is the lower voltage level (LVC)...

Swifty Liberte Coppercell ES20 36V 7.26ah battery charger problems

Repairing batteries is only worthwhile as a learning process and to physically see how the process works. Building repairing doesn't save money as typically a good arduino type controlled spot welder will cost around £200 - £300 without the battery power source required. One can buy cheap spot...

Swifty Liberte Coppercell ES20 36V 7.26ah battery charger problems

Working on a battery with most tools one shouldn't do much damage unless one leaves the cell group ends unprotected. Even then most thin buss material or thin bits of wire which can cause shorting will soon burn thru or glow quite bright even go bang but can be removed quite quickly. One...

Swifty Liberte Coppercell ES20 36V 7.26ah battery charger problems

What the Op hasn't done is told us the battery final voltage, as always someone likes ot blame the charger without knowing how a BMS works or it's limitations in enabling balancing. Balancing typically is carried out at approx. 100mv so any cell out of balance can take several hours if it is...

Swifty Liberte Coppercell ES20 36V 7.26ah battery charger problems

If your old charger was a simple generic two wire pin out charger the same as the new one then there is nothing wrong with the new charger if one sees 42v via it's charge lead . These chargers are dumb chargers and only charge if the battery BMS accepts a charge thus allowing the charger to...

    Battery Fires

Eve are one of the biggest makers of LFP 3.3v modules , one simply bolts them together via the buss's and nuts suppplied. Their LFPs' vary from 100ah - 305ah per module for static power storage . LFP the new name for lifepo4 still swell and need mechanical clamping to prevent them expanding...
