Hi Thanks for the reply, on closer inspection it appears its sticking on the rack just as its about to connect so my fear was the terminals were bent is unfounded. As you suggest Ill try a bit of vaseline on it. Thanks again

Hi I have a Cube GTS with a rack mounted Bosch power pack. I have found that the battery is really hard to remove. It requires 2 people one to hold the bike turn the key and hold it in the open position while the other pulls really hard. Any fixes for this would be appreciated Thanks

Hi back again, dried out the battery and recharged, now the throttle works for a few minutes with low torque ( only works when of the ground ) and then stops. All battery led's are lit. The pedal assist does not work at all now. In assuming the controller has eventually died ? or has the motor...

Guys many thanks for the replies they were a great help. I have dried the controller and bingo problem solved !!, BUT took it out for a test drive yesterday and battery suddenly died. So now I have taken the battery apart and it is still very wet. Hopefully when I get it dried it will recover...
