Turned out to be a loose wire. All seems fine now and working the way I thought it would. Brakes don't feel too clever though. I will give it a proper run tomorrow or should I say later today. Just realised it is past midnight.

I looked for a manual and downloaded one from here but it was for an older version of the bike. Battery lights were on the side instead of at the back of the battery and control panel was different. Did not find a more up to date manual. If there is one could you point me to where on the forum...
