Does anyone know of products that work really well for people with dry skin. I suffer terribly in the winter when out biking, with dried skin around my nose and chin. Tried E45 but that didn't have much of an impact.

I really haven't. All I know is that some are pretty heavy if they break down, making it hard to get back under your own steam. So looking for something lightweight that can be pedalled
