    20" wheel kits

I realise that, but considering I already had my original electric bike i thought of reworking it. But now I'm considering going from scratch as I'm thinking doing the 40k all the way for a while. Than it would indeed be better to take a light bike. Don't get me wrong, I'm sporty and cycled...

    20" wheel kits

Hmm depends, right now with the 180W motor and 36V battery i have i did 27--28 kph at a fairly constant level (i had to pedal alot with it and was sweaty though). I was thinking of going with the 20ah to do the 40km by bike and charge it at work (+8h work day), would take me less long than the...

I had a look and if I can get 24mph (+-) and a range of 50km i'm gonna buy this i guess. Would taking a 20amp battery increase my range alot? Thanks for all the help!

    20" wheel kits

Now I have to go by car but I wanna go by bus and bike, thats why I asked the question. Not planning to do the whole trip by bike, only a part. I have to bike from my home to the train station (5km), fold it, bus for half an hour and bike again for half an hour. Thats why I want an electric bike...

    20" wheel kits

Hi all, I have currently an ebike with an 180W engine and 36V battery, giving me a max speed of 25kmh with assisted pedalling. Now in the near future I have to cycle 15km, and have to do it in around half an hour (commute with taking my bike on the bus folded). So I want to upgrade my bike to...

    Which speed for which distance

Ok, i ordered this and I'll install it as soon as it arrives. I'll look some up more info on the no load unrestricted speed. Are there guidelines specific to go to after knowing the no load unrestricted speed? I guess the next step is looking at the controller/battery?

    Which speed for which distance

Well i thought i could look up the size of the controller later if i have a starting point on where they sell good controllers (found some on ebay but not sure if the quality of those is good). I don't know if the motor is restricted or how fast it is spinning, can you give me a link how i can...

    Which speed for which distance

Hi all, I've posted before on this forum but now i wanna take action: I have bought an electrical foldable bike with a 250W motor with a 36V/ 12Ah battery. It is limited to 25kmh. I know how to change the controller so more current goes to the motor. Now my question, what would be the max...

    Upgrade current bike

One question though, when i now drive on stand 4 its ok but it seems the level 6 is not a small difference. Can it be that the battery is already delivering max amps at level 4? If so, how can i resolve this? The controller is made for max 13A, can I change this one so the battery delivers more...

    Upgrade current bike

Just tried one time increase in the setup (of 3 or more i guess), and the result is amazing. I wonder what the others might give me, though i want to keep it safe, and the speed i have now is great!

It worked nice! Don't know if I'll do the soldering already and upgrade too because i'm pretty sure it would void my warrant...

    Upgrade current bike

Okay thanks for the tips, I took some pictures today.. Difficult thing is there is absolutely no information which controller is used or which motor. It has indeed an lcd display. My controller is in a housing which i can't seem to take out, so no acces to the controller it seems. Here are some...

    Upgrade current bike

Hi all, New member of the forums here, and electric bike user since May. I use my bike to commute (together with the train) and as its my only transport for all the rest too. I have a silent force bike, which goes upto 25km/h pedeling assist. It has a battery of 36V and goes ok. Flat I put it...
