HI ALL, THANKS FOR ALL OF THE ADVICE AND HELP, SOLD THE BIKE AND THE NEW OWNER HAX FIXED IT. AND THE TROUBLE WAS.......................................A FAULTY CONTROLLLER, HE REPLACED IT WITH KNOWN WORKING ONE AND IT WORKS.

Thank you for advice / help, had enough, although hope that someone gets it going and tells me the fault too ! Dont mind packing it up in a halfords bike box, I used a courier firm called shiply do collections for reasonable amount.

Bought this brand new out of the box , but it was boxed for two years. Never turned a pedal , everything works as it should brakes (double mech discs), gears but motor does not work. Battery tested at 41.7V. Done all of the plugging unplugging but motor does not kick in. Had enough £100...

Sunday 27/10 update. Still fiddling around & checking everything.

Tested the battery voltage 41.7 V. Disconnecting brakes (thanks) to check the brake sensors tomorrow - Saturday. ; ] On the Saturday job list + check squishing of all cables, thanks.

Battery test tonight was 41.7V.

Thanks, more fiddling around after tea. I will stick with it.

Won't go in any further is what I meant to say.

Checked connectors are fully inserted, no probs there. Battery took 3 hours to charge. Shows 3 green and one red light on it. Tbh, not used a multi charger, will YouTube it after lunch. Thanks All.

RE - discs, yes they look great, but then again so does the whole bike and worth spending on it I think. I think a new £162 battery is worth a shot. Cheers Martin
