swifty liberte speed/assistance light blinking

hi everyone

i have two swifty liberte folding bikes and both are charging fine. however, when turn on the controller/assistance button, one of the lights start blinking and no electric assistance is generating when pedalling. any help regarding what could it be and how can it be fixed please.

You have to say which light is blinking because it indicat3s what the problem is.
