Unfortunately, having searched everywhere, it was either paying £40 postage from Germany..or waiting 2 weeks for delivery from China......I chose the latter.....

Just found this.....must be from the '18 Bike with the new plate. Pins align as do the fixing Screw Holes.......we'er away....

Measurments match, but I noticed on my 3 Batteries, all have 4 pin slots, but bikes have only 2 Pins. Which do i get?

My Wife has a 2014 Freego with a Freego battery connection as in 1st. Pic. She is too old for it so we are giving it away, but we want to make sure a new battery will fit. I have a 20118 Freego, which was converted, 2nd. Pic. and her Freego battery and my Yose battery both work with it. So am...

Well, that's that. Was planning on visiting SusTrans tomorrow with the '14 bike. The venue is about 2 miles from us ...but at 66m compared to us at 10m........it is a long slow climb......My wife's battery is a Freego....a bit old so thought I would carry my Yose battery that I use for my '18...

One last question, it will have to have a service somewhere..........was looking at Yose conversion Kits.......reasonably priced......would it be worthwhile installing a new rear wheel and motor......have motors improved much in the last 10 years that it would be worth it?

You think the Rims need replacing then?. I'm too old to do it myself so will be getting a Mechanic to do it......that's why I thought a new wheel and motor may be easier & cheaper.

There'll be no worries there .....Freego went bankrupt about 6 years ago....

I presume that 14 refers to year, I have the same bike except 18. I'm worried now as I have the same marks on my wheel rim. Measuring with a caliper they are both 25mm at the widest point. Halfords said the 14 bike needed a new wheel rim, but I'm sure he didn't examine it much....as he refused...

It was pointed out to me at Halfords that my 2014 Freego Regency needed a new back Wheel Rim. If I change the whole wheel out with a new Motor.......would this change the "Grandfather Rights" on the bike?
