Bearded Scot in my mid 70's.Sometimes likened to Santa but not quite so generous.Fairly serious touring cyclist at an early age graduating to motor cycling passions before the advent of the electric starter.Developed M.E. & Fibromyalgia 16yrs ago.Recently had a triple heart bypass.Now considering the potential benefits of graduated exercise on an electric bicycle.
