Just managed to pick one of these up at a bargain price. Unfortunately the mounting bracket as broken, hence the price, so will have to see if a replacement is available or fashion a repair. Thanks everyone Tracking Device

That was one of the main reasons I was thinking of buying the original tracker I mentioned. That could be powered by the bike battery.

Hi again. The cheapo one that I recently purchased required an active GPS SIM card and that was that. Works the same as a mobile phone but without all the frills. Unfortunately it didn't work too long so thought I'd invest in something a little better but not too expensive.

Just an update. Have been in touch with several companies who mix paints for all sorts of applications but none of them are able to help. It looks like its going to be hit-and-miss somewhat to find the correct paint for this bike? Still hoping someone out there will know or point me in the right...

Yes. I dug out the old Konica camera but it doesn't have a memory card installed and needs new rechargeable batteries. I didn't bother as I thought I wouldn't be needing it in the near future.
