EBCO are launching a range of new electric bikes this Autumn. Called the Pulse range, the bikes, sporting TranzX motor systems, will all retail under £1000.
Spec:
- T-6 Hi grade alloy frame with suspension forks
- TranzX Hi-torque motor with 3 support levels
- 316 WH Lithium Ion battery (average range 30-40 miles)
- K-shield puncture resistant tyres
- Shimano 7 speed derailleur gears
- Rear carrier full mudguards
- Integrated lighting system
- Kick stand
ZL-2 (low step) and ZR-2 (roadster)
The ZL-2 and ZR-2, described as the ‘entry level’ models, will be available at £799 at the end of October 2016.
There will also be a 28” wheel larger frame option finished in satin black or satin blue.
EBCO also plan to offer a 400 WH battery upgrade on the ZL/R-2 models (with increased range averages cited as between 40-50 miles) and Shimano Nexus 7 hub gears.
Colour options for the range:
ZL-5 low step and ZR-5 roadster
Rolling out in January 2017 will be a ZL-5 low step and ZR-5 roadster, details on the higher specification are still to be unveiled, but it will retail at £999 and also be available in 26” wheel with small and medium frame size options. A 28” wheel large frame option is finished in satin nickel.
ZF-4
ZF-4 – the folding option and also available early 2017 – will also retail at £999. With 20” wheel and a medium frame, the folder will be finished in satin silver.
