Growing numbers of electric bike retailers are joining the BEBA ranks in 2014 to support the growth of the industry.
Alongside Bosch, Spencer Ivy, The Electric Transport Shop, Juicy, PowaCycle, Oxygen, Batribike and Byocycles also pledge to recognize that after-sales care is key to ensuring both customer confidence and growth of the sector. Central to that theme are ‘servicing, support, spares and backup’ as part of the BEBA code of practice.
Chairman, Mark Loveridge, told Pedelecs: “BEBA is going from strength to strength with a fantastic selection of members – all of which bring skills and resource. We are of course very pleased to have Bosch as part of our membership and they bring much value with some great connections into the continental market.”
