The organisers of the London Bike Show, which was due to take place at the end of this month at London’s ExCel, have this morning issued a statement to say the event has been rescheduled for 3-5th of July, due to the escalation of COVID19.
The statement says: “The coronavirus outbreak has been labelled a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). The effects are becoming evident across all aspects of our lives here in the UK and across the world. We have been following UK government guidelines and working with the rolling advice from the public health authorities and other organisations, but it is now with reluctance that we have taken the decision to postpone the event at this time. The safety and wellbeing of our staff, exhibitors, visitors, partners and contractors is of the utmost importance to us, and therefore feel the protection and prevention of harm to the public has been paramount to this decision. The London Bike Show will be back stronger, full steam ahead in July!”
Exhibitors’ bookings and tickets already paid for by visitors will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled show dates, those unable to attend should seek a refund via: https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice
