Karbon Kinetics Ltd, manufacturer of the Gocycle, has just released an updated, enhanced version of GocycleConnect, the free app that goes with the bike.
GocycleConnect has been designed to ‘customise’ riders’ experiences, enabling them to adjust the delivery of powered assistance to suit. New features in the latest app release include a trip odometer, and a calories-burned calculator, as well as an anti-theft feature that immediately disables Gocycle’s motor and electronic shifting once a stolen unit is connected to the app. The bike’s bluetooth technology is embedded within the Gocycle frame and standard features of the app include the ability to set the legal speed for the rider’s local region and remotely view the charge status of the Gocycle battery.
The GocycleConnect app is available from iTunes and from Google Play.
