Swedish Bike Trailer?

I spotted a this rather utilitarian looking but functional bike trailer attached to a bike in Sweden recently. The owner was not around, so I couldn't ask about it.
Does anyone know the make or model?

Yes John, it's a Vantly cargo trailer, all steel and weighing 13 kilos, made by the Fran Wheel Enterprise Company of Taiwan. A batch of the 16" wheel version were brought into the UK from France by the discounters Cycle King in 2003 and sold for £79 each. That one appears to have 20" wheels though, and the towbar mounts differently to the side attachment on the 16" version, so it's probably a later version.

The trailer was ok, though the coupling was a bendy spring which made the trailer snatch forward and backwards with a heavy load on board. The 16" wheels were strong though the chrome on the steel rims was poor.

The 16" wheel side towbar one I know is the CT9708S model, scroll down on this page to see it.
