Spare 7070260 LiPo4 Cell Wanted

Hi, does anyone have lying around a good used pouch cell of the type mentioned above. I built a pack some years ago from parts from Bmsbatteries.com One cell has puffed & is at 0v (all others fine @ 3.3v) This has killed my battery for now, the cell went wrong in over winter storage & is not perforated or mechanically damaged. I am willing to buy one for reasonable money. The shipping cost of one cell makes buying from BMS uneconomic. Only other possibility is could I tack on an extra cell to someone's battery order to BMS?? The cell itself is only $15! Seems things have rather moved on to Li ion despite the lower cycles & to 18650 batts but I want to get the pack working if I can. Thanks, Pete
