San Jiang Motor?

I was emailed yesterday by someone who has an electric bike, make unknown, with a San Jiang motor, I have no idea what the controller it has, apparently it has a 24v battery.

It is pedelec only and he wants to fit a throttle.

Does anyone know anything about these so that I can let the guy know if it is possible or worth it.

It is not one I have seen before and I only have the photos that were emailed to me.

It would be nice to see a few more photos - especially the BB, which looks unusual.

From what I can see, its a Brushed motor with integral hub-brake, probably 15 amps from its size. As the owner wants to add a throttle, I guess he has some wiring skill. so virtually any small 24v brushed 15 amp controller will work, but he might lose the PAS function.

I don't think he is bothered about losing the PAS.

the BB is also the controller but it can not take a throttle.but you could replace this with another controller and lose the PAS function.
