Looks a nice bike. But just 10% off from new on a 2 year old bike I think you'll be lucky to get anyone interested you'd be better to advertise it on eBay with a low starting price but a higher reserve. I would have thought £2,000 was a good price on a 2 year old ebike

Hi Crockers,

Thanks for your post, I have taken your advice and lowered the price to £2750 on eBay or best offer. It’s due to the low mileage which I think warrants the high price, and the fact that it’s in mint condition. I’ve had an offer of £1750 on eBay which I declined and there are quite a few watchers. I’m not in a rush to sell so I will hold out for the right price, hopefully above £2500. I believe you are still going to pay around £3330 for an identical bike if purchased brand new.

Thanks,
Emily

It is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Getting on for two years old 2000 - 2250 is nearer it's value no matter how many miles on the clock.
3k for a used bike when for 300 more you get a new one with warranty and a new battery..

Unless someone is in the market for this specific model, and it is a very nice looking bit of kit, but for £2500 have a look around at what that can buy you new in the e-bike world - personally I would have snapped the hand off at the £1750 offer, holding out will could possibly lower its value...

I too think that £1750 was a fair offer. Until I saw that, I thought £1500 was about what you'd get. To be honest, the number of people that would want a bike like that is very limited. If it were an MTB, they'd be queuing up.

well its going to take £250 quid in ebay fees if you sold it at 2k so 1750 is a good offer if you ended the listing and took the cash and no fees.

i got my mtb of ebay the same way with only 160 miles new that year and was 2k cheaper than the rrp of 5500+ dropper post.

plus there is no warranty well there is 4 months left on the motor but would need sending to Germany.

also the batts dont like not being used so id take 700 of to start with if i was looking 2nd hand again just in case given the age and low miles.

Kudos soundwave I forgot about ebay fees and I think the offer was through ebay - like you say about the battery as well I do hope its been stored at 40-50% charge they say that helps for long term storage!
