It is owned by David Henshaw, editor of AtoB magazine and is still going strong.


10 years on this is the latest version of the Torq which was delivered to a customer yesterday.

This one has a few added extras e.g. Magura hydraulic disc brakes, Nu Vinci N 360 CVT gears, dual batteries, 1200 Lumen headlight, Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour tyres, Dutch style handle bars, etc.

Not only that, but with David riding it, it beat all opposition in the first Presteigne e-bike event race. The following year two more of these took first and second places.

A much loved model with many still owning them, in 2006 it was the biggest selling quality e-bike in the UK.

The current model looks positively luxurious in comparison, such is the included equipment level.
