You can't say that it's best in class, because there's too many things to consider. I think it's a good value bike. The Burisch has a smaller battery and if you want to derestrict it, you have to change the controller, unless it's already done. Think about adding the cost of a new battery unless...

A front hub motor would even the load on the wheels a bit. Your weight is no problem for a reasonable quality bicycle. But a £1,000 ebike will inevitably have cheap components, so evening the stress on the wheels makes sense.
