    Wisper 803

£40 p/h seems reasonable, 3 hours to diagnose is taking the yellow stuff. your bike is fairly modular, a battery pack, a control system, and a motor. A numpty in a well equipped workshop could Id the area of issue with simple substitutions within 20 mins.. Your in good hands now tho ;)

Thoughts on this replacement battery for Swytch?

afaik yose-power have a good rep for supplying batteries, the one i bought with the conversion kit i fitted over 2 years ago holds a good charge and is used regularly. Greenlance.co.uk are another source members in here have used and recommended and have frequent discount codes. chances of...

    2379 spare key

Its probably cheaper and less time consuming to get a replacement lock and fit ( 1 x evening and 1 x shopping order) than faf about trying to get an extra key. You could try a local key cutter timpsons close to me are helpful and matched a slightly thicker blank to my post box lock key.

    brakes

Roughly 70-80% of your braking is done by the front brake, so the rear brake is less crucial to upgrade. And the upgrade to the front will make a significantly greater contribution to improving your braking performance. But if your current brakes are sufficient to lock your back wheel when...

    Ones Ebike switch issue

Probably not, though the pic would help, its possible its sold as a generic switch under a different 'name'? Some brands might cheap out and just fit hard to source connectors on generic parts, they pull every other trick they can get away with in the name of brand protection.

Fox poo mudguard mishap! - Mudguard safety concerns...

DIY a downtube /crossbar guard from abs guttering, a heat gun should allow you to form it over any shape to spread out where needed and a couple of holes should allow easy cable tie attachment in a couple of places. For more exotic shapes look in your recycling bin for any thermoplastic bottles...

    KT LCD5 C and P Settings

When it comes to the pas sensor config settings my kt lcd manual is a prime example of oblique Chenglish. in the end i spent a fraction of the time i spent re-reading and second guessing just cycling through the 5 or 6 options until it worked.. -no harm-

    TravelScoot battery

The high cost is a symptom of clinical/medical pricing, while many goods with clinical applications are specified and engineered to higher standards, not all - stick the word Orthopaedic in front of a chair/bed and charge 10x the retail price of a similar item without the 'magic' word.
