Pedelecs was launched in 2006 to fill a gap in the market for news and a UK forum for electric bikes. Since then membership of the forum has grown to over 12,000 members contributing more than 300,000 posts. The site encourages everyone to visit and contribute, from the electric bike industry to veteran electric bike enthusiasts to those new to this rapidly growing market and wanting to purchase their first e-bike. The site features everything you need to know about electric bikes.

2014 saw the site relaunched to provide a bigger showcase for daily news and more comprehensive guides, as well as open up more advertising opportunities and provide an electric bike search tool to find electric bikes for sale. Many of the advertisers on Pedelecs have been with us for years.
